• Payment — handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.
• Feedback — anything you send through the product feedback form, with your name and email only if you choose to include them.
• Basic site data — the minimum needed to keep a cart working (a cart cookie) and keep the site running.

What we do with it

• Fulfil orders, handle returns and warranty claims, and reply to feedback.
• We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We only email you about your order, or your feedback if you asked for a reply — no marketing without your explicit opt-in.

Storage & security

Order and feedback data is stored with our hosting providers using industry-standard encryption in transit. We keep it only as long as needed for orders, warranty periods and our legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep for completed orders). Contact us via the product feedback form. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles.
