Not happy with your Vault? Send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You can use it, load it and take it to the beach first. To start a return, use the contact form with your order number. Once we receive the return, the refund goes back to your original payment method.
90-day defects & parts warranty
Every Vault is covered for 90 days from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship. That covers the tub, lid, wind-up mechanism, wax scraper, fin key and bottle opener.
- If it breaks within 90 days, we replace it. A faulty part gets a replacement part. A faulty Vault gets a replacement Vault.
- Normal use is covered, including the beach, your bag, a hot car (up to the rated 85°C) and salt water.
- Loss, deliberate damage and modifications aren't covered.
To make a claim, use the contact form with your order number and a photo of the problem.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Our guarantees are in addition to them.
